Do you cater to bulk orders?

Yes. We both cater to retail and wholesale orders. We would be happy to schedule an appointment with you should you wish to order in bulk as we would have to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we deliver to any location within the Philippines. Ensure to input the exact address when placing orders to prevent failed transactions. Shipping takes around two to 10 days, depending on your location.

What are your return or refund options?

Return or refund is offered only for damaged items caused by shipping issues. We always ensure that items are packed securely before sending them to couriers. To request a return or refund, immediately call or send an email to our customer support team.
